1. Data Controller and Manager for data protection .

The holder of the treatment, in respect of all personal data that is processed through the Site is the Arch. 2. The data being processed.

Personal data processed through the Site are as follows:

  a. Name, contact details and other personal data

In the sections of the website "Contact Us" or "Request Info" you will be prompted to enter information such as the name of the contact person, company name, phone number, address and e-mail. In addition, whenever the interested party participates in events for which registration is via the Site or communicate with Arch. Eugenio Coppo through the contacts it finds on the Site, Arch. Eugenio Coppo can gather more information, the interested party will decide to provide.

  b. Nominations

By registering to the section of the site relative to applications in Kubok, at https://www. kubok.it/en/contact/work-with-us ("Work with us"), you will be asked to provide personal information (such as name, surname, date of birth, address, telephone), and some professional details or working (training, qualifications, professional qualifications and place of work desired). Personal data supplied for this purpose will be handled by Arch. Eugenio Coppo as described in the specific disclosures therein provided.

  c. Third-party data provided by the addressee

3. Legal Base and compulsory or optional nature of the treatment

• The legal basis used by Arch. Eugenio Coppo processing personal data, according to the purposes indicated in the following Article 4 are as follows:
• Provision of the service/performance of contractual obligations: the treatment for this purpose it is necessary for the execution of the contract signed between the Arch. Eugenio Coppo and the interested party and, therefore, in order to provide the contractually agreed services. The provision of personal data for this purpose is not required, but in the absence will not provide any service.

In case of withdrawal the Arch. Eugenio Coppo will not proceed to make any further communication.

4. Purpose of treatment

The Arch. Eugenio Coppo will handle personal data provided by the clients only in the manner prescribed in this Privacy Statement and in compliance with applicable laws. The personal data collected through the site, will be used for the following purposes:

Provision of the service/performance of contractual obligations: for purposes relating to the implementation of obligations under the General Conditions of Contract (www.kubok.it/contracts).

1. Legitimate interests of the owner: auditing and assessments of the results and trends of the relationship, as well as the associated risks (such as truthful information, solvency also during the relationship), to compile statistics, anonymously, on services rendered and about access to sites and commercial information, and participation in trade fairs, events, seminars and other initiatives for the promotion of products and services Arch. • Associates/Group for administrative purposes;
• Factoring companies, credit institutions, credit recovery companies, credit insurance companies.

• Subjects, bodies or competent authority to which it is required to communicate your personal information to comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse or fraud.

6. Transfers of personal data

For purposes related to the execution of the contract, no some data may be shared with sites recipients outside the EU Economic Area.

In accordance with European regulations and national laws on data protection, Arch. Eugenio Coppo has put in place specific procedures to prevent unauthorized access to data, their misuse, or abuse, as well as to prevent the destruction or accidental loss of data.

8. Retention of personal data

Personal data processed for the purpose of "Provision of Service/Contractual Obligations" will be kept for the time strictly necessary to the pursuit of that objective. However, as these personal data are processed to provide products / services, the Arch. Eugenio Coppo can store them for a longer period, particularly as may be necessary in order to protect the interests of Arch. Eugenio Coppo from potential liability relating to the provision.

Personal data processed for the purposes of marketing, will be stored by Arch. Eugenio Coppo until revoked by the addressee of the consent given. 10. Personal rights

The data subject has the right to request Arch. Eugenio Coppo, at any time:

• The access to your personal data, (and/or a copy of such personal data), as well as additional information on current treatments on them;
• The adjustment or updating of personal data;
• The cancellation of their personal data from the database of the Arch. Eugenio Coppo;
• The limitation of the processing of personal data by the Arch. Eugenio Coppo;

11. Changes

This Notice is effective as of May 22, 2018 Systems are reserved to change or update also due to any changes in legislation or practice from the National Control Authority or by the European Committee for data protection.

12. Definitions

1)  Personal data: means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person (interested); an identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identification such as name, an identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;

2)  Treatment: any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the help of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation 'adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, diffusion or any other form of making available, alignment or interconnection, limiting, erasure or destruction;

5) Recipient: means any natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which receives communication of personal data, whether or not the third. However, public authorities that can receive communication of personal data in the context of a specific investigation in accordance with the law of the Union or its Member States are not regarded as recipients; the processing of such data by said public authorities complies with the rules applicable in the field of data protection in accordance with the purpose of treatment;

6)  Third: the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other entity that is not the interested party, the data controller, the data Processor and the persons authorized to process personal data under the direct authority the owner or the manager;

7)  The involved party consent: means any freely given specific, informed and unequivocal individual concerned, with which the same manifests his assent, by declaration or unambiguous positive action, that personal data concerning him are being processed;

8)  Violation of personal data: the breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;

9)  Binding corporate rules: policies regarding personal data protection applied by a data controller or data processor established in the territory of a Member State to transfer or set of transfers of personal data to a data controller or the data processor in one or more third countries, as part of a business group or a group of companies that carries out a joint economic activity;

10)  The supervisory authorities: the independent public authority established by a Member State under Article 51;

11)  The relevant supervisory authority: authority concerned control the processing of personal data as:

• the data controller or manager of the treatment are established in the Member State of the supervisory authority;
• concerned who reside in the Control Authority Member State are or are likely to be influenced substantially by the treatment; or
• a complaint has been proposed in this Control Authority.

12) Cross-border processing: a) processing of personal data which takes place within the activities of establishments in more than one Member State of a data controller or data processor in the Union where the data controller or data processor are established in more than one member State; or

b) processing of personal data which takes place as part of activities under one roof of a data controller or data processor in the Union, but which affects or probably affects substantially of interested in more than one Member State.
